About The Project

Directed by Adjunct Professor Sheetal Nanda, the Sport Equity & Justice Project advances equity, inclusion, and athlete well-being in sports. The project works to address and dismantle systemic barriers within the sports ecosystem in a future-oriented and innovative manner. Recognizing the systemic barriers affecting marginalized groups and underserved communities in sport, the project will work to explore how technology, law, and policy can improve outcomes in sport and the legal and policy issues that must be considered in the best interest of the athlete
